Changsha county in Hunan province started the construction of beautiful countryside in October, 2014. Altogether 30 villages (communities) including Jinlong village in Jinjing town, and Shuangchong village in Baisha town were selected as demonstration villages for the project from the total of more than 200 villages (communities) in the county.
The assessment indicators include good design layout, beautiful surroundings, a harmonious lifestyle and rural civilization. A special fund of 10 million yuan ($1.61 million) has been set up for the construction of the 30 villages every year.
According to a staff member from Changsha county national modern agricultural demonstration zone, Changsha county has developed an implementation plan for the beautiful countryside project, to build a batch of provincial leading villages which are suitable for habitation, and farming, as well as tourism.
A lot of film faced plywood and shuttering plywood are consumed in the projects and we are one of the main supplier of these plywood.
Shuangchong village is a clean and tidy village, which possesses fascinating natural scenery, and convenient transportation. What’s more, it is equipped with high standards of cultural and sports facilities such as a community park, basketball court and tennis court.
To build a demonstration village, Shuangchong village spared no efforts in a comprehensive improvement of its ecological environment and has attained great achievements.
“We are making efforts to reach 100 percent in environmental renovation, the popularization of a courtyard economy, and drinking and irrigating water’s qualification ratio, and the farmers’ incomes will hit record high,” said Xiang Wenge, the village’s Party branch secretary.
Film faced plywood has been one of the most common and important building materials in the construction industry. With the more and more building projects on the market, the demands of shuttering plywood has been growing at a speed of more than 5% per year world wide.
The quality of film faced plywood is determined by many factors but most importantly it depends largely on the quality of its inner core. The cores of plywood actually is crossed layers of different species of veneers. In North China, for core material most plywood manufacturers is using poplar which is widely planted and cost lower. Poplar is not as strong as hardwood but it’s much lower in price and doesn’t compromise too much on quality. Hardwood core, however, is the top quality film faced plywood we can have. More shuttering process can be gone through. Except the poplar core and hardwood core, combi coreis a balance between them. Combi means combination of poplar and hardwood etc.
As a manufacturer of film faced plywood in China, we can produce the products in different cores at very fair price.
Our shuttering plywood is suitable for concrete shuttering, site hoarding, roofing or flooring. Shuttering plywood also called film faced plywood is generally used in situations where it is intended to be used after installation for example on a flat roof under felt. This plywood should be sealed with varnish or similar if it is to be used in humid or wet situations.
Constructed with high quality phenolic adhesive WBP – Water and Boil Proof resins (also known as Weather and Boil Proof). Shuttering plywood has a quality face with a softwood core. You will also find shuttering oil in this section. The face is usually black film or brown film.
About half of world’s shuttering plywood is manufactured in China, where the supply chain is a great advantage for manufacturers. To import Chinese shuttering plywood you have find a balance in quality and price. There are good ones and bad ones. It all depends on the pricing given to supplier and quality control process. It’s most important to find a manufacturer who will cooperate on the quality control. Their products is mosted exported to South America, Middle East, South East Asia and Africa. Russia, Nigeria, Brazil, Indonesia is some of the most important markets.
Nigeria is a country in west Africa. It has a population of 156,729,000, which is the most in Africa. The capital of Nigeria is Abuja. Nigeria is known for being a large country, and the most wealthy in Africa.
Nigeria has a total area of 923,768 km2. It is the world’s 32nd-largest country. It shares a border with Benin, Niger, Chad and Cameroon. It has a coastline of at least 853 km.
The highest point in Nigeria is Chappal Waddi at 2,419 m (7,936 ft). The main rivers are the Niger and the Benue River. They come together and go into the Niger Delta which is one of the world’s largest river deltas. It is the location of a large area of Central African Mangroves.
Nigeria produces a lot of crude oil, and some dispute has been going on because many people want a share of the oil money. This fighting has been happening in the area called the Niger Delta, where the Niger River flows into the Atlantic.
The largest city in Nigeria is Lagos. Nigeria has both grasslands and rainforests, and can get very hot, because it is close to the Equator.
It’s a very large developing country with huge needs for construction materials. Materials like film faced plywood has huge market in Nigeria. Those film faced plywood manfuacturers in China see Nigeria as a big market in Africa.
The real estate is like the macro economy, there is a term “soft landing”. What is soft landing? It means stable landing not a breaking and harmful landing. Actually now the Chinese real estate has come to an soft landing.
There are many people saying Chinese economy was going through fast growing and now we are in a medium and low growing era. I don’t qutie agree with the opinion.
Why it was normal with the double digits growing? The the last two decades the economy growing speed is 9% annually and with an inflation it come to more than 10%. The fast growing year of China economy is 14% in the year of 2007. So we are now actually not in a slow mode but back to normal.
The many prolems we are dealing with, over produciton, shadow banks, housing pricing bubble etc. was due to the overheat economy growth.
The manufacturing sector has not been well is mainly because most money went to housing and construction. Now we are happy to see some adjustment in the real estate market and policy change.
The film faced industry went through a booming time along with the increasing of house price. Many commerical plywood producers turned to produce film faced plywood for more sales and profit. Now the cooling down of the housing price takes the production of film faced plywood back to normal.
Since march in 2014, even the cost is getting higher many suppliers are trying to slow the production and lower the price in the market.
